I had a drain backing up into the basement causing a lot of concern. We called Roto-Rooter in the morning and within a few hours the serviceman, Anthony Lenhart, ... arrived. He quickly determined the problem , a blocked vent possible caused by a broom stick that was dropped via the outside access into drain line. This was super service. I would highly recommend Anthony and Roto-Rooter. He took the time to explain the issues. Your company is very fortunate to have Anthony as your service representative.
