Your employee, Jonathan through the New Castle, Indiana office was sent to my house ... around 6:00pm and completed the massive endeavor around 11:00pm. The first guy that came out, David, was obviously very novice and still requires a lot of supervision & advice. The second one, Levi, did not want to work. ... However, the third guy, Steve, was brilliant, determined and hard-working. He had a great understanding of different plumbing set ups and was able to rectify the problem. Because of the inexperience of the other two, an entire weekend was spent without being able to flush toilets!! Not acceptable!
