I am very pleased with the plumbing service I received from Roto-Rooter. Blaine Reed found the problem. He explained the HOW and WHY of the problem in terms ... I could understand. The crew headed by Michael was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable with the process. Not one yard plant was disturbed, for which I am quite appreciative. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely use Roto-Rooter. In fact, I would love to have the same people. I would give Roto-Rooter the highest rating!

Awesome job but needs a better deal on cleaning up mess

Jim was knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. He went above and beyond to get my clog fixed and back to working order, and provided the necessary information for future repairs ... and upgrades that need to occur.

The tech was good when he arrived. He arrived about 1.5 hours over the 4 hour window they gave me. He resolved the clog in a very short time.
