Last Sunday, our washing machine water backed up into the toilet which then started pouring out onto the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, we had just had bamboo flooring installed in ... the hallway outside the bathroom. We were able to use a shop-vac and removed the water, but were afraid it would happen again. Needless to say, I stopped doing the laundry! The Roto-Rooter man than came (Zvi), was there within an hour of our calling. He was efficient and knew exactly what had to be done immediately. As it has been on a previous visit, the roots from the neighbors ficus tree had grown into the pipe. Zvi had it cleaned out and up and "flowing" very soon. When he first arrived, we had trouble finding the clean-out opening in the line. He was able to find it, and once everything was cleared out and done he put a PVC pipe that sticks out of the ground over the access point in the line. It is very easy to see and get to now...thanks to Zvi. And, that silly little song is still going through my head :-)
