Last week all of a sudden my toilet would not flush, and the contents began to back into the tub, and what should have flushed out began flooding my bathroom ... floor. From my initial phone call to the completion of the work. The dispatch staff would call me to update me on the location of the technicians. Manny and the technicians handled the job with pride making sure they explain every detail wanting to do their job right. I really felt they wanted to please me the customer.
