OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND MENTORING I called Roto-Rooter on 7/18 with a blocked septic line. It was a real problem until John and his new hire arrived. Called this 7AM and by 9AM had Aaron Jansen Plumber #2783 ringing my door bell to repair/replace a leaking washing machine supply value. Within a hour everything was done neatly ... and back to normal. Aaron made a great representative for your company,dressed perfectly,informative and got right on the case. In years pass I used other plumbing services and I would still be waiting for a call back not knowing when I would get an appointment. I have been using you guys now for over 20 years. All my problems went down the drain!
