We had just moved in and had no water. The city told us the line going into the house had been cut so we connected it, not knowing that it ... was for the outdated plumbing system. When we turned it on we had flooding everywhere Because the old lines were not capped. We then called Roto Rooter and Carlton came to our rescue. He was there till 11pm trying to find where our new water system came in and capping off the old and cleaning up the mess. He came back the next morning and spent the entire day helping us get water into the house. Carlton is the best! We had one issue after another with this plumbing and he never took a break or even a lunch. If we ever have a problem in the future we want Carlton to fix it for us. We want to say thank you so much for his help and positive attitude!
