Your alls service tech Kevin came out to my home this evening due to my master bathroom shower being completely stopped up. Between the crazy kids asking me a million ... questions, phone calls back and forth between my landlord him and I he was so very patient with it all and did nothing but the best. Invoice#506-19810689 Kevin 1728 Your call center answered quickly and was very prompt. Advised time of service. Received follow-up call advising that driver was on way. Kevin arrived promptly and ... took care of the plugged floor drain I showed him my online coupon it was honored and I paid after service. Kevin was cordial and professional and did a perfect job. He was given an outdated Sweepstakes ticket and I tried to get to the site but it was cancelled. I then called your customer service and asked that they inform the drivers that the sweepstakes was outdated. I still give you 5 stars. I have used Roto Rooter for the last 5 or 10 years. Always great service.

He did an awesome job. Got my washer from overflowing right away. I needed my roots cleaned out of my sewer drain too. That didn't get done because we couldn't ... find the trap, but he gave me a coupon anyways. Before he left he set up a camera guy to come find my trap. Would use them again!

I have used you folks for years for one reason only KEITH...he is honest, knowledgable, punctual and 1001 traits I could list...I always ask for Keith when I call you ... folks...If he isn't readily available, I will simply wait till he is...Keith is a guy I would trust my house keys to at any time... I consider him not just a skilled technician, but a good friend after all the years we have benefitted from his services...whatever you are paying him, it probably is not enough...whenever a neighbor or family member has plumbing issues, I immediately give them your name !!!!!

Got here an hour before they said they would which was a great surprise. Was professional and very nice. Told me what he needed to do, how much and about ... how long he thought It would take. Got done and explained everything to me and how to do the drain protector properly. Could not have been more pleased.

Brandon came right away from calling the main 913 phone number. He was efficient, introduced himself, was thorough, explained everything, and cleaned up after the work was completed. ... I was thrilled with the entire process and work. He was great! Roto Rooter was great!!! I most definitely will be using this company again, should the need arise. It is such a great service that they operate 24/7. Plumbing problems don't always happen during "normal" business hours, as we all eventually find out!

We had a major plumbing disaster over a holiday weekend. Chris (3568) and Rob (3379) were wonderful. The were very thorough and helpful in locating and fixing ... the problem. It was a difficult problem due to an old house and hidden plumbing, and they did a great job. Chris even called back that night to make sure everything was still OK. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Rob!

Michael (service #0236) was amazing. He came over for an emergency call around 9:45pm on a Friday night. My main line was backed up and there was standing sewage in ... my bathroom and bathtub. His knowledge and calm demeanor was a breath of fresh air in a moment of crisis. He was able to quickly assess the situation and let me know what needed to happen to fix the issue. Michael kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything so I was able to understand how to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. Michael went above and beyond all expectations I had going in to this situation. He truly was the epitome of exceptional customer service.
