Amy M.Made an appt on line - which was fine. Service scheduled for between 12N - 4PM. The bad news: the technician wasn't able to get here until around 7PM. ... Realize this was a holiday but appointments should be kept and/or not made. The lady at the appointment desk was most kind, sorry, apologetic and kept in touch with us. (sorry did not get her name) Your tech person Phillip was most courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient . He sized up the situation right away and did an excellent job unclogging our drain. He made a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was OK and recommended perhaps the drain should be scoped, which we agree.- tomorrow he comes to scan the drain.
