Despite some major curveballs provide by both the original contractors and my choice of toilet, Dan was friendly and professional throughout the whole project. The OVE Godfrey smart toilet while ... being amazing is a pain to install. Dan was clean and made sure to keep everything as least intrusive as possible. While i don't force and plumbing problems in the future I know who to call in the future.

My sewer line was completely blocked between the house and the street. I could not use any water in the house as a result. I called at around ... 9:00 PM on a Saturday night and was told that someone could be there between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM. At around Midnight, Adam (444) got to my home and took care of my problem. He was very professional, explaining what he did and making recommendations about how to proceed to fix the underlying problem. I am very happy with the job Adam did for me and would not hesitate to call on him again. Thank you!

our bathroom sink was leaking we knew it needed to pipes and elbow it has been leaking but i could alway get it to stop this time i could ... not so we called and they were out less then a hour and it being a satuday it was nice He got it done with in a short time...

We had a great experience with Ben #827 and Dan #3437. They were both super knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned up as if they were never at our house. ... They wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our house. We will most definitely call Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs. They were able to come out on a Sunday without a weekend rate. It was a pleasure to have Ben and Dan work on our plumbing needs.
