The technician was friendly , And politely told me what had to be done and how long it wild take, the job site was left clean The only complaint I have is ... when I saw the amount of labor charges, I felt it was extremely excessive, 818.00 for 2hours otand 45 minutes! At those rates, I cant afford your company in future

Roto-Rooter technician Eric Wolf was very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, provided advice to maintain and prevent the problems I was having. He ... used a cover to prevent debris from dirtying the floor and cabinets. I my opinion, Eric is the best and I would not hesitate toask for him if I ever need service again.

The young man, John Facchiano, who came was very professional, and completed the repair very quickly. I was impressed with how fast he did the work , and how good ... it looked. Rotor rooter also kept me informed about their progress getting to my house. I thought that was very good.

I want to thank ROTO-ROOTER fast response to my sink problem! I was having new countertops and sink installed and the plumping wasn't lining up. It was Sunday and ... the contractor was starting the floor the next day. ROTO ROOTER to the rescue! Came on a Sunday afternoon, stayed hours and I had a working sink and dishwasher!

Fernando came to my house to check a problem that I was having with water backing up in my house. I had about 2 inches of water in my basement. ... He checked out all the relevant plumbing/piping etc. I have a septic system and he checked all that out also. He checked my septic tank and said that he believed that my problem was with the septic. It needed to get pumped. He gave me his card and asked me to call him back if the problem wasn't resolved after having the septic emptied. He did not charge for the evaluation. He drove about an hour to get to my house. I am very impressed with Roto Rooter and especially with Fernando. Thank you and I would certainly recommend your company to all. Fernando was right. The problem was with the septic and once it was pumped all was good. Thank you

The teams of Roto-Rooter that worked at our house were all polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with during this most stressful time.

I was very pleased with the service. I was told by the scheduler that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the men arriving--I did. I ... was also given a time frame in which they would arrive--they did. They immediately assessed the situation and within 20 minutes the grease clog in our kitchen sink was cleared. We just purchased the condo and I was told that it looked like it had never been serviced in 40 years. We are in the process of remodeling and getting this fixed was crucial for the plumber to continue with his work. Great job by two professionals.

Great service from Enea DiSimone (#7435) in Pawtucket, RI. He used the camera to walk me through my entire system and show me exactly where the roots were clogging up ... the drain in my front yard. Highly recommended company as they walk you through everything they do and tell you why it happened, how fix it, and how to avoid it in the future.
