Diana S.The first attempt to clear blockage and snake out our drain lines to the septic tank was unsuccessful due to not long enough cable. They left (it was a ... Sunday ) and said no charge as we were not able to fix your problem. We will arrange for someone to come out tomorrow with a longer cable line and camera. Robert came the next evening and worked into the dark as he finally cleared the drain line with his 200 ft cable line. There was only ONE charge ( very reasonable as well as $40.00 coupon ) for 2 different days with 3 plumbers that worked weekends and evening. Customer service called me at least 3 times to keep me informed that they did not forget about me and apologized it would late in the day. I have used alot of plumbers and now there is only one I would use again. Thank you Roto-Rooter !
