I had a plumbing leak under my house. I went to PORCH and they recommended Roto-Rooter of Poughkeepsie. I had never used them before, but I certainly knew the name. ... The gentleman who came out was named Revlon. Revlon was amazing. He discovered a second leak, had to go to 2 different places to get parts, and getting to the leaks was no easy feat. I live in a modular home so all the work was done laying down under the house. Revlon was such a professional, never losing his cool, and determined to get the job done. He is such an asset to your company. I had one issue and I had to call into the office. I spoke with Christine, who is another major asset to your company. She addressed and took care of my issue right then and there. She handled a potential irate customer in minutes and straightened everything out. Within minutes!!!!! What company has that kind of customer service anymore? I will tell you that due to Christine and Revlon you now have a customer for life and I will tell everyone how great your company is. Employees like Christine and Revlon are hard to fine and I hope you appreciate them as much as I do. I have never dealt with a company before this and more than likely will in this day and age that is more strongly focused on total customer support and follow ... thru then this one! The Tech that came to my home was absolutely amazing, overly qualified and extremely respectful of our home installing our new hot water tank. I live on a fixed income and these guys ran all the way out here on a Sunday to take care of my hot water issues when all three of the other companies I had called prior were either closed and or told me sorry wait until Monday and call my office.
