Our plumber Ken was friendly and knowledgeable, arrived earlier than expected, and got the problem fixed quickly.

Lance was prompt and got the work done super fast so we weren't without water in the house for more than 10 minutes or so. Great job!

The team arrived in a timely manner. I was called about their imminent arrival, which was very courteous. They were adaptable to the distance of the drain from ... the truck and of the machine to the power outlet. They performed the needed fix on the effluent and then double checked that the basement drains were all flowing well. They also went the extra mile to send a camera through the effluent, because they had the feeling that there were offsets and roots in the line. Sure enough, these issues did exist, as this line is from the 1920s. They showed me the video footage. They gave me a number of options, and I appreciated that they did not pressure me to invest in a lot of changes/repairs, despite the fact that the line does need some improvements. It was a very positive experience.

Quick response to diagnose and fix my septic system at Eagle Crest. Called at 10:00AM, here by 10:20AM and back in Order by 4:00PM - I would recommend Roto-Rooter ... for any septic system work you need.

Jesse was very helpful. The kitchen drain was really clogged up and he had to work the cable to clear the debris three times before it completely cleared out. ... He was patient and always willing to listen to my concerns and answer questions I had along the way. He left the area clean of all debris after he was finished.
