Keith was here very quickly after my sewer line backed up. He cleared the line so that I could use water and then was back this morning with a helper ... to replace a broken pipe. The whole process took less than 24 hours, and he kept me informed every step of the way.

The latest was in a basement entrance area prone to ... flooding following major downpours. Gerald labored mightily with a high pressure water technique and was able to unblock the drain where others had failed. We were extremely pleased- and relieved!

Chris with Roto-Rooter came to clear a basement drain that was backing up sewage into our home, which has been an ongoing problem for month, he not only unclogged the ... drain but also suggested fixing a pipe that was placed incorrectly. We had other plumbers mention the piping was wrong but did not go the extra step like Chris and actually suggest fixing this pipe. He came back the next day, replaced the pipe and our plumbing is working so much better.
