First, I spoke to Heather and she couldn't have been nicer and said they could schedule me right away. That was a very pleasant surprise in itself and then Justin showed up and was very polite and professional. He assessed the problem and informed me it was more involved than I hoped but he worked to get me repaired for the time being, but will need more extensive repair later. When I have to have the bigger repair job done I will certainly call this company. I don't know about all their employees, but the people I had contact with could not have been better to work with and when you have a plumbing problem the only thing you want is to get help and they were right there to help me.
