Because of a dip in my plumbing, the first service person sent out was not able to clear my blockage with the electric snake. He worked very hard (for ... 5 hours) and finally said the equipment he had would not clear the pipe. He made an appointment for the next morning with another service man who was equipped with a more powerful machine. They both came early the next morning and within an hour my plumbing was cleared. I was very impressed with how professional they both were and how well they cleaned up before they left and how careful they were while they were here. I would definitely use roto- rooter again.

We discovered sewage in our basement as a result of a blockage. We contacted Roto Rooter yesterday evening and a technician was at our home at 8:45am this morning.
