Tore King was my serviceman #124 and I was very impressed with his diagnostic ability. He was fast efficient and helpful in both current and future care on my septic ... tank. I would and will recommend rotorooter to everyone that ask's me for a referral concerning plumbing needs. As I was a Navy pipefitter and plumber as part of my shipboard duties he showed me how knowledgeable and capable he was with his task. Great job.

Donnie has been out several times to fix our water leaks and replace pipes. He is always very professional. He always makes sure that we are informed of the pricing ... and how long it will take to fix. I felt sorry for him on last call because it was raining and the pipe that needed replacing was outside. He was a real trooper as he could have told us that he could not fix because of raining, Please give him our upmost respect and we would like for him to be the one that comes out if we have anymore issues.

I want to recomend ROTO ROOTER to anybody thats having issues.They are the best.they are great at what they do.and when they do a job they are clean ... about it .they explain what they are going to do.and give you options on how you want them to handle the problem and to get the work done right the first time.and they guarantee their work if their is any problems in the future.

I contacted Roto-Rooter on Monday morning concerning a stopped up (clogged) toilet bowl. I was told that a technician would be at my residence between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 ... a.m. The contact at Roto-Rooter was very friendly and efficient and readily gave me an appointment after I explained my reason for needing a plumber. About 20 minutes later I was contacted by phone again to say that a technician was immediately available and would be at my resident by 8:30 a.m. Upon his arrival he questioned me about the problem and immediately went to work on it. Within 20 minutes the issue was resolved. He was very curteous, friendly, professional. I would definitely contact Roto-Rooter again should I need a plumber.

Called and they arrived when said and promptly took care of the problem, which took a bit of time, and also removed carpet and walls because of sewage spill due ... to the problem. Everything was explained thoroughly as well. They have come back everyday to check on the moisture to see if it has all dried up and have been extremely friendly. We would recommend them highly.

We had a major problem with our kitchen sink, and through my search I found and contacted Roto Rooter. They promptly arrange for someone to come over, they checked the ... damage and prepared a quote, and after my confirmation completed the replacement work very efficiently. Disposer had quit working and pipe broke off basket strainer. Called Roto Rooter and they showed up quickly to give estimate and do repairs. New basket strainer and pipes were ... installed, disposer just needed to be reset. Our technician was Hugh (technician # 136). He did a very good job replacing pipe, fill valve, and flapper on our American Standard toilet we had originally purchased from ... Lowes. He was very thorough and left everything clean and neat. He went out of his way to locate a particular part that was needed for that brand of toilet. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing need.

I was impressed with the service, both speed and quality.

We had bought a new refrigerator, and the ice maker water line wasn't compatible/usable so we needed to have it replumbed in order to use the ice maker. It ... was a Saturday, and we chose Roto Rooter b/c it said it was available on Saturday. The service man came, but unfortunately he didn't have what he needed for the job, but he gave us an estimate and said he'd come back on Monday. He explained what he was going to do, got us water in the rest of the house and on Monday, he came back and did the job. We were pleased
