I had a flood in my basement and Adam came out within a half hour of me calling to clear the drain. He did an amazing job and was fantastic ... to work with. I currently have Saia at my house doing the all of the water mitigation work. Both of these guys have been complete class acts. Thanks for all of the help fellas!

Roto-Rooter, I am very disappointed in your service at my household on 1394 e 8175 s in Sandy Utah. I had blockage in my pipes mid July and ... had you guys out to take a look and fix the problem. They ran a camera in my basement bathroom through the pipes, and removed the blockage. HOWEVER, they missed 50 feet of cracked sewage pipe that ran from about 5 feet from where they put the camera in out to the front of our house. HOW IS THIS MISSSED??? My problem could have been resolved but instead tossed under the rug and did a quick fix. Nothing was mentioned and now my house is BLOCKED UP AGAIN....BECAUSE OF A BROKEN PIPE THAT IS CREATING THE ISSUE....I am requesting a refund of my services and also a discount to resolve this issue. I had you guys out at my house again on 3/5/2018 where the guy found the break (stated it has been there awhile) and has quoted me to resolve. However I am out money from the first time, and also now another $200 for someone to do it all over again. I am requesting someone reach out to me ASAP to resolve this issue. On March 21 and 22, Jeff Isaacs (supervisor) accompanied Ken (Service Technician ) on a call to my house to clear an outside drain pipe. The job was physically demanding ... and the conditions were uncomfortable, with cold temperatures and light rain and snow. Both men were outstanding throughout the job: they were persistent, good-humored, thorough, and respectful, As a retired manager I've had extensive personnel experience, and on the basis of this experience I recommend that Roto-Rooter do whatever it can to retain these 2 men. They are outstanding representatives of the company.

Neil Lasher came to my house on a snowy Sunday night, to fix a backed up kitchen drain. He was timely, quick, and considerate of the cleanliness of his ... work. Working quickly and efficiently he managed to clear the kitchen drain in roughly an hour and as he was cleaning up I started the dishwasher to complete the cycle. As I was cleaning up my own inept effort to clear the drain, and took tools to my laundry room, I stepped in a half-inch of water. I quickly ran out and managed to get Neil's attention as he was getting ready to pull away from my house. He quickly came in and worked for another couple of hours to get the job done. I have an older house and typically have an issue about yearly with the plumbing. I have used roto-rooter, the last two years and have never been more pleased with the service and commitmet to the customer. I know there will be issues with my plumbing again, and I will go with this company, and if possible request Neil by name.

The plumber arrived quickly, prevented further damage. Based upon his assessment and the suggestion of the water restoration, we waited until the morning to save on the water damage recovery. ... It was brand new carpet, just installed late last week, and is perfect again.

Ed truly went above and beyond what we expected. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Excellent technician. Please send him next time.

Service is good however we left and meet me on vacation when we got back we realized the technician had use the only Outlet that has something plugged into it ... which was our downstairs freezer and left it unplugged so we got back from vacation all of our food is spoiled
