I had a terrific emergency in the beginning of August. It was about 9:00 PM, and I was desperate . It was a Friday night and dark. John Harris and ... John Spitzer came to my rescue. They are from Pittsfield, Ma, I think. They worked hard, found the problem, and fixed it! They were kind and calmed me down with their reassurance, saying, "Don't worry....we will fix it!" They did! They were so nice to me, and so very competent. I will definitely use them again! Thank you so much for having such wonderful staff. I will be using them again. I recommend them highly.

Our sewer line clogged and basement flooded during the early evening. I called Rotorooter and was told a technicians would contact me within the hour. The technician called ... saying he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within an hour the technician had the problem corrected and provided information to help avoid future problems.

Jason, the Roto-Rooter representative who responded to my home this morning went above and beyond in every manner. He listened, corrected the problem, tested to make sure it was corrected ... and cleaned up all while explaining his actions and showing utmost professionalism. If you ever have to have a complete stranger in your home unexpectedly, you want it to be this guy! I'm grateful for professionals like Jason.

The guys were great! Very proffessional. I told them that my insurance agent told me that my repair wasn't covered. They told me to go ... around her and file directly with my insurance company on line. It worked! They are covering over half of the bill. I had friends who said I should try this guy or that guy because he is cheaper. I wasn't interested in cheap, i needed fast.
