I had some sewer odor coming up from the kitchen sink. We found out that the main line was clogged. Ray the tech informed me that he could take care ... of it.He took his time and promise that he would not leave until the issues was taken care of. .He stayed until I was happy with the service. This is the 2nd time we had service from you folks, and we are very delighted with your service and work. Your tech, Nail #249 , did a super excellent ... job. He explained to me what happened , what repairs needed to be done, how he was going to do the work and cleaned up his work area real good when he finished. We had a water supply pipe that broke and flooded the kitchen, laundry room . kitchen foyer and our basement. Little did we know, as he was repairing the pipe, he notice a second pipe that was cracked and ready to bust at any time. He showed us it and had to repair it also so that we wouldn't have a repeat flooding. He was very professional and helpful with our questions and concerns. I rate him top of the line. I called Roto-Rooter after water was backed up from my basement drain. The technician was out here in 2 hours, even though it wasn't an emergency, and was super friendly, informative and efficient. He pulled out a cluster of roots that were causing the problem.
