Mark came out Monday evening to diagnose our problem. By mid-day the following day, Mark had cleared our pipe which was blocked at 130 feet in. He did an excellent ... job, very fast and efficient.

I CALLED FOR SERVICE AN WITHIN A FEW HOURS SOMEONE WAS AT MY HOUSE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE TECH WAS VERY NICE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE ... IS NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WERE COUPONS ON WEBSITE AN I COULD HAVE SAVED $40 ON A $740 JOB.

We discovered that our sewer was backing up in to the basement drains. Roto-Rooter was quick to answer our call and very quick to get a technician to our ... home. Jay was very polite and quickly assessed the situation. Two large root balls were obstructing the sewer line. He made arrangements to get the necessary equipment needed to the house to resolve this problem the same day. I was very satisfied with the service we received and will recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing this type of service.

I called for service on my sump pump. Someone came out within and hour and a half of my call. Blake was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem ... with our sump pump and replaced it and also snaked the pipe in the back yard that was clogged.
