The service man, that was sent to my home was excellent, i felt very confident in him, he made sure he got the problem fixed and he even called in ... back up, i have never seen customer service the good in a long time.

Service tech actually arrived earlier than expected, Our problem was a clogged drain affecting the master bath toilet and tub. The tech had diagnosed the problem within about ten minutes ... and then spent maybe another 10 to 15 minutes to run the snake and get the clog cleared out. The tech used a camera to locate the clog and then took the time to explain why it was only affecting the master bath and not the other bathroom. All in all, I was very pleased with how quickly Roto-Rooter responded to the call and solved the problem.

We had an after hours clogging problem with one of our offices. I called the after hours number for your services and got a very quick call back from a ... technician by the name of Andy. I explained to Andy our problem and he arrived very quickly. Andy was very polite, had a professional appearance and a very professional attitude. He again listened to the problem and knew exactly what to do, Within 30 mins Andy had solved our problem. He even explained what he had to do to solve our issue. Andy is a true professional and brings great credit to the Roto-Rooter company.
