My father was due to be discharged from the hospital the same day and it was imperative ... that we had proper drainage before I brought my father home. Scott and Troy recognized the importance of the timing and were very caring, professional and helpful. I was so relieved to have this job done and I couldn't have asked for better service

It only took 20 minutes for the tech (Dennis) to get to my home. We discussed the problem and I needed a new water heater. He drained the old one, ... went and got the new one and in 3 hours from start to finish. He was professional polite. Thank you for such great customer service.

Everything went very smoothly - our technician came out in a very timely manner and fixed our kitchen sink problem without any issues. Even though the clog was coming ... from the floor in the basement, he was able to assess the problem quickly and get it taken care of. He also explained everything really well and did a great job cleaning up at the end!

Tonight we had an issue with our pipe backing up into the house. Charles, our technician, despite the fact he worked all day already came out. Upon arrival he was ... apologetic for a previous job being time consuming. We profusely thanked him for coming. Charles could not have been more pleasant and amazing. He ensured that all clogs were cleared before he left. When he left it was a bit after 9PM and still had a call to go 45 min away. Not once did he complain despite not being able to go home tonight quite yet. I wanted to take a minute and recognize this gentleman because he is a great ambassador for Roto Rooter. I can not thank him enough for his work tonight. Thank you again!

I was very pleased with the service provided. I had a drain that was clogged and tho not an emergency, the appointment was made very timely. I was ... told a 2 hour time frame and would also get a call to confirm a time close to the exact time. All of that occurred as promised. The technician came on time, worked quickly and fixed my problem professionally.
