Service person was quick and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and got right on the job. He was professional and did a complete cleanup. My issue was with dispatch. ... I called and made an appointment for a particular day and was told I would be the 1st appointment of the day on that day. A call mid morning explained that the service person was already at another appointment but was promised I would receive service before noon. Another call to dispatch after 1pm explained there was still hope for the day I made the appointment. By this point the water draining issue had become more of an emergency and I explained that. The service person ended up coming at approx 3:30 the day of my appointment. I was disappointed that the invoice was almost $400 more than I was told by a "camera person" in the summer of 2016 while I also needed to take an entire day of work off to be available for the service person. .
