Brandon did a fantastic job at answering all my questions, providing good advice, and patiently explaining the process as he cleaned out my main line to the city sewer. He ... was both courteous and professional, and took his time to go through all of the possible outcomes and options we had, both before and after the cleaning. I felt strongly that Brandon was very honest with me, did not try to oversell or push me into a service that was beyond what I needed, and fully addressed my concerns. For any future calls I have to Roto-Rooter I will definitely ask for Brandon and recommend him and Roto-Rooter to family and friends!
