Rob showed up on time and did a very thorough job of getting the footer drain cleared of roots and sediment. He ran a camera through the drain, identified the ... problem areas and made as many passes as needed with the nozzle and camera to make sure it was clean. This is the fourth or fifth time this drain has been cleaned since I've lived here but it's the first time I've felt that it was done right.
