After failing to replace the flusher handle on our toilet, I called Rick who solved the problem quickly and successfully. He also tested the temperature of the hot water, ... which I had felt was on the tepid side, and explained that water heaters had the temperature set in the factory, a way of preventing scalding. I am content with the work and the information.

Mike and Zack were excellent! They helped make our huge problems seem very small. We had quite the water leak and had severe water damage in our downstairs basement. ... It all had to be ripped out, dried, and now has to be reconstructed. But these guys have made all of this seem very manageable. They come in with respect, they do their job, and they answer all of our questions. They were very professional in removing the damaged material, and even removed personal property that had been damaged for us for free. We cannot thank them enough for all of their generosity and hard work. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter for anyone out there! Especially my neighbors and family! From Efran, who helped remove our clog and was so helpful and nice, to Shannon the project coordinator who took care of the damage and job that had to be done, to these amazing guys, we are very satisfied with this company and will go to no one else from here on out. I made a stupid mistake this morning by putting something in my disposal that caused my sink to clog up. I called Roto-Rooter up and Jamie, #6862 was at ... my home within 2 hours. He cleaned out everything in a short period of time and I was up and running almost immediately after his arrival. I highly recommend the company. Everyone was very professional and I will use them again if needed.

We received prompt service on a Saturday. Our downstairs bathroom was full of water backing up from our shower. Gerald came and was incredibally polite and friendly. He even came and helped me sign papers and work out payment late in the day after he was already ending his ... shift. He also rushed to get the work done which was nice as I couldn't use my shower or dishwasher or washing machine. He gave me a clear bid and the charges even ended up being less since they found that the problem wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.

He snaked and cleared our drain ... for our airconditioner condesation line. We had a small flooding in our finished basement. He told us what do for maintenace every 6 months to prevent the issue from happening again- great guy
