Apparently my request wasn't sent to the actual roto-rooters, so I feel like that should be amended. However, when I was finally able to be serviced (almost two hours after ... my scheduled appointment), my issues were dealt with very well and the plumber was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely want him to come again.

I couldn't be more pleased with our service technician named Angelo and Roto-Rooter. We had a clogged toilet . After several hours of trying to unclog ... it myself I called Roto-Rooter with the best decision I've made so far this year . Her professionalism. So what is top notch . Angelo saw the problem and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix it . Thank you Roto Rooter!

Good service, good result

On Sunday, December 17, I came home to water in my tub and shower and a toilet that overflowed. I called at least six "24-hour emergency plumbers" but no ... one was able to help. When I called Roto-Rooter, the answering service called your on-call person Nick; he called me back within minutes and calmly explained to me what I needed to do. The next morning I received a call to schedule a pump out service call for my septic, and Nick showed up and did an awesome job. He explained what he was doing and how our system worked. Everyone provided us excellent service, but I can say without a doubt that Nick is the reason that I had your company come out to pump out my septic. He provided excellent customer service, over the phone and in person. Thanks!

Had clog in the main at 9 pm had guests to take care of I called an talked to main office then technician called within minutes an told me he ... would be there in 90 minutes kept in touch with me the whole time an true to his word was at the house when promised grabbed the tools went to work had it cleared in 30 minutes he was very friendly I can not say enough good things about my experience with roto rooter

The technician deserves 6 stars extremely knowledgeable and kind. The reason for the 4 stars is was told someone would be here from 7:00pm to 8:00pm and someone didn't show ... up until 12:30am. Technician that showed up went out of his way and worked extra to assist
