Excellent customer service excellent work
Robert J.I had called Roto Rooter to unclog a drain that was backing up. After a long and tearful process the pipe was actually broken. Eric was very kind, patient, and ... helpful. He explained all the options and had a plumber (Mike) out within the hour to dig up the pipe and replace it. I was very upset (NOT at Roto Rooter) about this situation because we just moved into the house and this was yet another hidden problem and expense. Both men stayed and completed the job, explained everything to me, applied a discount, guaranteed the work, and scheduled another person to come back the next day to hydro-jet the rest of the pipes. Within 24 hours a terrible problem was fixed and taken care of. I have not had any problems since. The people I spoke on phone with to set up the appointments and called to tell me the men were on there way were very nice and helpful as well. I hope to not have any issues in the future, but if I do I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter, especially Eric and Mike.
Only problem was not with service but thought 275 was a lot for 45 min work. Service excellent.
