Had the pleasure of having Todd come by my landlords house. We have a blockage under the house and he was good enough to go under and inspect the pipe ... before snaking and recommended changing out the pipes as they were old galvanized and showing signs of cracking/seeping which may not stand up to the rigors of snaking the line. He gave me a free estimate and was on his way. Excellent job! Now I just have to convince the landlord to have the work done....
