Excellent service. Phone was answered by a human being. Showed up within 2 hours as promised. Professional and courteous service. Checked out, located the issues/showed me the ... problems/cleaned my drains complete. I called 3 other plumbers and have yet to hear from them (my sewer backed up on a weekend).

The technician Anthony was well experienced and friendly with the task of cleaning out my tub drain. Anthony is by far the most well trained and customer oriented I have ... met in my experience of businesses. Root rooter should use Anthony for supervisory position., he gives the company a good reputation. The rates went up for repair but I am happy to pay it knowing the customer service I received. We were not very happy with our initial experience as we waited for the technician to get to us within the allotted time and no one came nor did they ... call. We had to call to find out that our time had been pushed back - but no one had informed us! When the technician did come he was WONDERFUL, experienced, professional and personable & he took care of our problem & he did the job well!! He took his time and explained everything to us! He gave us options for what we needed to do next. He also cleaned up and put everything back. We found out this guy was not the original technician who was suppose to come, but we were so glad we got him - he was great! His name was Chris Brown!!! My husband was home when the service person did the work. We had a clogged kitchen sink. My husband said he did a wonderful job, very polite and ... professional. My complaint is when I got home there was a lot of dirt on my carpets that were recently cleaned. There was also dirt on my kitchen tile. I will have to have the carpet cleaner come back and reclean part of the carpet.
