I called Roto-Rooter at 8 am yesterday, Ronnie arrived at 8.15 am to install a new water heater, wow, service with a smile, but having said that this is the ... service I've always had from R R, and that's why I always call them, well done Roto-Rooter, impressive, and thank you Ronnie.

Justin did a wonderful job. He proved to be very knowledgeable and honest, everything he said about my needing a new pipe put in due to the roots destroying ... the very old pipe proved to be true when I saw the old pipe destroyed with holes and roots. He very kindly guaranteed the first snaking the lines until the new pipe could be put in two weeks later when I was out of school. I didn't expect him to have to come back two more times before then because my floors were flooding. It would have cost me over $800 if he hadn't guaranteed that earlier work for an extended time, I'm very pleased with his honesty and generosity. That's almost half my total bill to put in a whole new pipe, plus he put in a clean- out in the ground for me included in the total price. That alone would have been another $700.00. His assistant, Mark, also was a very fast worker and had a great attitude in the boiling heat. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and specifically, Justin, for any plumbing work anyone needs done

VERY prompt and courteous service. Had main drain cleaned out and then had our sewer pumped. Joe and his helper, (can't remember his name but started with an ... S -) both super nice!!
