He ... was very nice and explained the situation and how he could fix it. Kelly was so great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Kelly ended up changing the cold and hot valve shut offs. He did this in a prompt manner. Kelly also pointed out some other issues that will need to be addressed later. I told him I wanted him to do the work and he told me that would not be a problem. Thank you Kelly for your great work!!!! and yes, my new washer is working great!!!!
