I choose Roto-Rooter because the person that answered the phone was so pleasant, and was able to accommodate me by sending a tech out on the same day. The regular ... plumbers didn't seemed interested in me or my problem which was a clogged shower drain. I received a call 30 minutes prior to the tech arriving even with out making that request. When Tim showed up (on time) he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. he assessed the problem, and quickly got to work, and even cleaned up as if he was never here. When he finished the paperwork he spent time explaining what caused the clog, and recommended a professional "pipe shield" solution which i purchased. He also explained all the other services you provide which i had no idea. The kicker to the whole job was he said Roto-Rooter will stand behind the clog and warranty that shower drain for six months. I know the regular plumbers won't do that. Because of the way your office personnel and your tech Tim handled my situation Roto-Rooter has been saved in my phone, and will be the only plumbing service I call and recommend to my friends and colleagues.
