I have a plumbing issue that really needs extensive work. The service man complete the work that I had called for. So the original plumbing I called for ... service on was taken care of. He was very thorough and polite.

Honest up front and took the time to TRY and get my drain open and working. And succeeded after I was blown off by another service.

Tim the technician did an excellent job and in less time than expected. While fixing the initial problem, he noticed ''an accident happening to happen", a defective main shutoff valve ... that could have flooded my basement and would have required the city turning off my water from the street (which may have taken hours). He replaced it with an up-to-date ball valve that I'll never have to worry about again. All in all, an excellent, professional job!
