I had a sewer backup in my basement yesterday. Technician Matt Morin showed up and was a consummate professional. When he was unable to cable more than a few inches ... down, he dug debris by hand to clear the blockage. Once he was able to get the cable into the pipe he cleared several more blockages and used a camera to show me the job was done. He had a great attitude despite the unpleasant task. Thanks Matt!
