My Technician, named Russ (#428), did a great job. He was very polite and the quality of service exceeded my expectation.

Prompt arrival, professional demeanor, began work immediately, checked with me and advised me of what needed to be done. I am on oxygen and unable to go to basement so, ... I was provided with pictures which allowed me to view the situation as they explained the procedure. They also sent me pictures via my cell phone to show what had been soaked in sewage water and need to be removed. "Green" cleaner was used due to my respiratory problems. Fans are still drying the basement and the restoration crew will be back Monday for completion. I gave "Bill" of restoration the Allstate Claim Number and he is working with my adjustor. I recommend Roto-Rooter for complete and professional service.

My clay pipe sewer line was infested with roots from my maple tree. My sewer line went out in my yard and under my garage. Roto Rooter came ... out and performed a trenchless line replacement, replacing the entire 50 foot line in about seven hours. The cleanup afterward was wonderful. I would like to thank technician Johnathon F, backhoe operator Sal [owners son], Antonio, Mike, and Jeff. Sal had to dig a trench in a very limited space behind my garage. This crew is to be commended!!
