everything went smooth from the beginning I called you office last Monday night about 8:30PM The lady who took the call was very friendly and peasant, expressed concern for our situation ... we agreed a technician be out between 8AM and noon .First Tuesday morning we received a call from Derek the man who would do the work the work and informed us he was on his way .Derek and another technician went to work. My wife and I were very impressed with these men who were professional and moved with alacrity. Job well done and we are happy campers THANKS!

Unbelievable thanks for being honest and for standing by the work

I want to publicly thank Jeff, Loren, Sal and Steven for all of the hard work and superior service. My sewer was backed up from the main all the way ... to my house and we were in, as Loren aptly put it, the equivalent of "cardiac arrest." I didn't know what to do when it first happened. Every plumbing company I called that night was telling me to wait until the next day. Luckily, Jeff came out within 30 minutes of our first incident. He was amazing! He answered all my questions, let me watch and learn about what he was doing and kept me informed. Steven came out and did my estimate and then Loren, Sal and Jeff came out and did so much great work. I could tell that these guys really cared about my situation and helped take this mess from a homeowner's nightmare into a positive learning experience: one that I cannot thank them for enough. They didn't just "do their job," but instead left me with a feeling that there are still good people in the world who care and are willing to help other people. Please, please recognize these men in some way. They deserve great things!! The lady in West Linn thanks you from the bottom of her heart. And sewer line. :) --Chris
