Called Roto Rooter because I had some back up in my basement. Joe was the gentleman that came out to look at everything. He was very nice and professional. During ... the visit it was discovered that the sewer pipe in front of our house was crushed and that was the reason for the back up. Joe made sure that I understood everything that was part of the follow up. He even talked to my husband on the phone to make sure he was clued in, incase I missed something. I had a follow up appointment the next day with Gabby who is their camera guy. He was just as awesome, letting me view the footage of the camera so I could see what they are seeing. He walked me through everything to make sure I knew what the next step where and what to expect. It was nice having someone not use jargon and expect the person to know what they are talking about. I feel like I have a good understanding of everything that is going to happen and if I have any questions or concerns during this process I can call Joe or Gabby. I will continue to call Roto-Rooter from my plumbing needs in the future.
