Unfortunately my pipes weren't easy to access and fix, but he did a great job and even provided additional information for another plumbing project that will be coming up.

I was very impressed. Not only did he clear the drain to my septic tank on a Sunday morning but, the nice man helped me to understand some preventative maintenance ... I was not doing, I am so thankful he took the time to educate me.

My bathroom flooded first thing this morning. I didn't know who to call. So I went online and found that Roto-Rooter was local and 24 hour service. The lady that ... answered the phone was wonderful as I was a wreck. She had a nice way of calming me down and making me feel better. Two gentleman were sent to my house. Everything was fixed within an hour. Their names were Kevin and John. They were awesome! I will always use Roto-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Our emergency was a clogged waste line on a Sunday that left us unable to any water that would go down a drain. The phone operator was pleasant and ... contacted the on call plumber quickly as he called back within 10 minutes. He was able to come within 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and solved the problem with excellent clean-up. A totally positive resolution for us.
